Set up and run your property operations

Follow these steps to onboard your company and manage day-to-day work across your portfolio.

  1. Create your company & invite your team

    Register your PMC, set departments and roles, then onboard users. Granular permissions control who can see properties, tenants, billing, and reports.

  2. Add properties & sections

    Build your portfolio with properties and their sections or units. Attach documents, set ownership and occupancy, and assign a manager to each asset.

  3. Onboard tenants & set up rent

    Assign tenants to properties or sections, generate bills, and track paid versus outstanding rent from the collections dashboard.

  4. Raise & approve maintenance

    Capture queries against a property, review them in the approval queue, and assign internal staff — or publish to the marketplace for external bids.

  5. Publish work & award providers

    Send approved work to your service provider marketplace, compare quotations, negotiate, and award the best bid.

  6. Track tasks & report

    Follow company tasks and assignments to completion, review verification logs, and use reports for expenses, rent, and assignments.

Set up your provider profile and use the marketplace to receive, quote, and execute maintenance and project work from PMC partners.

    Register your business, add trade categories and service areas, and complete a profile that PMC partners can discover and trust.

  2. Watch your inbox for work requests

    Receive open marketplace requests and direct invitations from preferred PMCs in a single inbox.

  3. Submit & negotiate quotations

    Send detailed quotations with scope and pricing, update or withdraw them, and negotiate in threaded messages on each bid.

  4. Get awarded & spin up a project

    When a PMC awards your bid, a provider project is created automatically so you can plan delivery right away.

  5. Execute tasks with your field team

    Break work into tasks with assignees and custom statuses, and coordinate the office and site with task messages.

  6. Close out & build your track record

    Mark work complete, keep a clean history of delivered jobs, and strengthen relationships with the PMCs you serve.
